Choose your favourite product and put it in the basket. Status of the basket is visible in the right up corner. If you click on it the list of items rolls down and shows a quick view of a basket’s content. At the bottom there are two options CHECKOUT and GO TO CART PAGE. Checkout leads you to fill in an order form and other steps to finish your order. Go to cart page opens the whole cart where you can correct or make changes.
How to pay
Payment is available in two possible ways – via PayPal or wire transfer. To process the Paypal payment please follow instruction in the order form.

If you haven’t received your order confirmation, payment confirmation or do you have a question to your order status? Please prepare an order number (if you got it) and contact us please on our email: help@greenstrawberry.cz.
When do I get my order
Transit time depends on service you chose. International express service is about 2-3 days to destination since a carrier get the package in hands. Czech post service usually takes about 10-15 days but can be also much longer depending on location (Australia, South America). You can also buy our products by our dealers and distributors available in your area. Click here to see them.
Why should I pay VAT?
VAT 21% is always visible on our pages. Customers from EU are automatically charged 21% VAT. Customers outside EU don’t pay VAT and the tax amount is deleted from the order form upon country selection.
Non-stock items
Most of our products are in stock. We show by each product current availability. All items out of stock can be also ordered, stocking takes about 10-15 business days unless otherwise indicated.
