Packages goes directly from our company located in the Czech republic.

We use Fedex Internation service.

Delivery time is about a week days after dispatch.

We deliver worldwide.

🌎USA and other out of EU countries:

Your package will be shipped with Fedex International service - price for transport is based on locality. Mostly about 25-30 EUR per each delivery.
No further fees are included. You may be charged for customs or Fedex fees - based on local regulation policy.
If you want to find out more about local customs fees please check it in your country since it diverses over the world.
Tracking number is going to be sent to your order email after dispatch. You can find it also in your login.

🇪🇺 Europe:

Your package will be shipped with Fedex International service. Estimated time to arrival is 4-7 days after dispatch.
Price is mostly about 24 Euro, based on weight and dimensions of package.
No further fees should be included so far. But greenstrawberry doesn´t take over the responsibility of them in case thay would be charged.
