What has changed?
The Czech Post has discontinued the service we previously used for shipping parcels outside the EU and reclassified it as a standard international parcel.
This change resulted in a price increase of approximately 500 CZK per shipment, without any improvement in speed or service quality.
Under these conditions, continuing to offer this shipping option no longer makes sense for us—or for you.
IMPORTANT: With placing order you agree "that the final price in the cart does not include any customs duties or taxes applicable under the laws of the destination country.
FedEx may, acting as a representative, require payment of these charges to the customs authorities in my country upon delivery.
We accept no liability for any fees or charges imposed in the country of destination."
Our solution
For all orders shipped outside the EU, we will now use FedEx as our only shipping method.
FedEx allows us to offer:
- reliable delivery,
- better tracking and visibility,
- clearer and more predictable shipping conditions.
While this option is more expensive than the previous Czech Post service, it is currently the only viable alternative that meets our standards for international shipping.
What about existing orders?
? All orders placed before this change will be fully honored.
We will cover the additional shipping costs and ship these orders according to the original conditions.
This change applies only to new orders.
What if shipping costs are too high?
If FedEx shipping is too expensive for you, we recommend contacting one of our official resellers in your country or region.
Local sellers may be able to offer more convenient or cost-effective shipping options.
